1. How we collect and use your personal information

We divide the business functions of Teleprompter into two categories: basic business functions and extended business functions:

(1) The basic business functions include prompt board, shooting prompt, etc.

(2) Expanded business functions include pop-up window prompts and other content .

(I) Circumstances in which we collect and use your personal information in basic business functions

1. Complete the registration

When you register for Teleprompter , we need to collect your mobile phone number and real-time verification code . We collect the above information to help you complete the registration of Teleprompter account and protect your account security. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to create an account for you .

2. Ensure basic security of network access and services

In order to ensure the basic security of your account, network access and services, we need to call the phone status and Face ID permissions of your device. We need to collect your unique device identifier (IMEI, IMSI, IDFA, AndroidID, Face ID, unique identifier derived by algorithm), phone system language, country, city, IP address, device information (browser type, device type and model, CPU, system language, memory, operating system version, Wi-Fi status, timestamp and region, device motion parameters and carrier, MAC address, BSSID, SSID), your network behavior track (including number of clicks, participation time), access date and time, accelerometer, service log information, software installation list, and obtain running process information. We collect the above information to ensure the security of your account, network access and application operation.

3. Ensure the reliability and stability of services

In order to ensure the reliability and stability of the service, we need to collect your device model, operating system version, browser type, language used, network access method, network quality data, and the inscription device registration account ID. We will also collect the inscription device 's operating data and software crash data through the Umeng SDK . We collect the above information from you to ensure the reliability and stability of the application operation.

 

(II) Circumstances in which we collect and use your personal information in expanding business functions

1. Payment and Settlement

When you make a payment on the inscription device , we will collect your order information and transaction status. We will obtain information from Apple whether your payment is successful. We collect the above information to confirm your order status to provide you with services, protect your property safety and handle user disputes. If you do not agree to our collection of the above information, you may not be able to purchase value-added services due to the inability to complete the payment settlement, but it will not affect your normal use of our other services.

2. Message push

If you are using a Huawei, Xiaomi, VIVO or OPPO phone, we will send product introductions, commercial promotions, value-added service promotions, function updates, function anomalies, and background task completion progress of the inscription device to your device through the Huawei SDK, Xiaomi SDK, VIVO SDK or OPPO SDK. If you do not agree to receive the above push messages, you can turn off message push through "Phone Settings-Notification Center- Inscription Device -Allow Notifications". We will no longer be able to push messages to your device, but it will not affect your normal use of our other services.

In order to ensure that this application can normally receive information pushed by the client when it is closed or running in the background, this application must use the (self-start) capability. There will be a certain frequency of broadcasts sent through the system to wake up this application for self-start or related startup behavior. This is necessary for realizing functions and services.

When you open a content push message, you will be redirected to the relevant content after obtaining your explicit consent. Without your consent, there will be no automatic or associated launch.

3. Commercial promotion

We will send product promotion information of Teleprompter to your mobile phone number . If you do not agree to receive commercial promotion information, you can contact us in the manner specified in the promotion information or in the manner provided in this Privacy Policy to unsubscribe from the promotion information. We will not be able to provide you with commercial promotion information normally, but it will not affect your normal use of our other services.

We will use your personal information within the app for personalized advertising and targeted marketing. You can manually turn them off by clicking the close button on personalized advertising or targeted marketing.

4.  Customer Service

When you make a complaint, suggestion or feedback to us, in order to facilitate contact with you, help you solve the problem as soon as possible or record the solution and results of the relevant problem, we may collect your communication or call records with us, the account information you provide, the contact information you provide, the information you provide to prove the relevant facts, program operation logs, device information, system version, device language and country. During your use of Teleprompter , you can access, correct, and delete your personal information, and exercise the right to change the scope of authorization and cancel your account. Your opinions will be processed in a timely manner.

1. Access to your personal information

You have the right to access your personal information, except for exceptions provided by laws and regulations. If you want to exercise your right to access data, you can log in to the Inscription APP and enter the "Settings" page to access it. If you cannot access your personal information yourself, please contact customer service for access.

2. Correction of your personal information

You have the right to correct your personal information. If you need to change the mobile phone number or nickname bound to your account , please  change it yourself in the Inscription App or contact customer service to change it.

4. Deleting your personal information

You can delete your practice progress, records, etc. by yourself . In the following circumstances, you can ask us to delete your personal information, except where it has been anonymized or otherwise provided by laws and regulations:

(1) We collect or use personal information in violation of laws and regulations or in violation of our agreement with you;

(2) If we share or transfer your personal information with a third party in violation of laws and regulations or our agreement with you, we will immediately stop sharing or transferring it and notify the third party to delete it in a timely manner;

(3) If we disclose your personal information in violation of laws and regulations or our agreement with you, we will immediately stop the disclosure and issue a notice requiring the relevant recipient to delete the corresponding information;

There will be a certain frequency of broadcasts sent through the system to wake up this application for self-start or related startup behavior, which is necessary for realizing functions and services.

2. To ensure that this application is updated normally, we will pop up a window in the application to remind the current users of the software when there is a new version update. After the user agrees to the upgrade, the system download function will be called to download the latest installation package. At this time, the system download completion broadcast will be monitored and the installation program will be called up for normal software installation activities. This software update process involves (associated startup) the installation program.
